At BGSIMS, we understand the significant role yoga can play in nurturing the holistic well-being of our students. Rooted in ancient Indian traditions, yoga is more than just physical exercise; it’s a comprehensive practice that encompasses physical postures, breath control, and meditation. Regular yoga sessions are conducted for students across all our programs – B.Com, BBA, and M.Com – promoting physical fitness, mental clarity, and spiritual balance. These sessions are led by experienced instructors, ensuring that students of all levels can benefit from this practice.
